We are family – Jiang Feng staff activities

In the afternoon of 19th May, in order to cultivate company culture, Jiang Feng arranged activities for staff to build team spirit, themed “We are family”.

The day activities were “Walk in three” and “tug-of war”. In the first activity, staff was divided in groups to achieve game goals. Team members supported and collaborated together to achieve goals. The second activity was more demanding. Everyone participated the game actively with great joy. These games were great opportunities for staff to communicate and develop trust. Through continuous interactions, the company managed to create a cooperative culture, and staff would feel that each one of them was an important member of a big family.

It was a productive day for staff and they got to enjoy themselves thoroughly in games. Competitions helped them to build a high level of team spirit. Staff got to test their potentials and show their physical and psychological skills.

At the end of the competition, the winners received a fine gift from the company, while participants received a friendship award. The organisers thanked everyone for their active participation.
